We will only issue refunds in the case of damaged product upon receipt. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days after receipt of your order but must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Worn items will be returned to the client.
In the case of exchanges, clients must pay the entire shipping cost unless you received a damaged item. If your Strivve Fitness belt arrives a different size than what was ordered, we will send you a return shipping label and ship off a new belt for you within 7 days of receiving the product.
