We will ship your STRIVVE Fitness Belt within a week of receiving your payment. STRIVVE standard shipping typically takes 10-15 business days. Once your order processing is complete, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Due to the nature of the product, STRIVVE does not offer refunds. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days after receiving your item but must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the worn item being shipped back to you.
Although we provide exchanges, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the entire shipping cost if the exchange reason is not one or more of the following:
• The item you purchased was not the item you received
• The item was damaged upon arrival
In the event your STRIVVE belt is the wrong size than the one you've ordered or was damaged upon arrival, STRIVVE will provide you with a return shipping label and ship you a new belt within 7 days after receiving the damaged belt.
